Kirk King | Chief Executive Officer, CPIM
Kirk King is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of CSS International, Inc. His vision for CSS is rooted in the experience he gained working with Oracle applications as an end-user. Prior to starting CSS, King served as Executive Vice President for Operations of a major manufacturing company where he was instrumental in the selection and implementation of Oracle enterprise applications. His first-hand knowledge of ERP systems and projects makes CSS stand head and shoulders above the rest of the consulting industry on critical metrics like customer satisfaction and on-time/on-budget delivery. King's leadership has earned a loyal customer base and a remarkable list of accolades, including multiple Oracle Titan Awards. King serves on the Board of the Construction Network for the Carolinas and is Chairman of the Charleston Digital Corridor Foundation. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Clemson University and CPIM certification from APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society).
Patrick McKenzie | Chief Operating Officer, CPIM, PMP
Patrick Mckenzie has over 20 years of Industry and Consulting experience in Aerospace, Medical Devices, Textiles, Apparel, Building Supplies and Food & Beverage. In his role as COO, McKenzie is responsible for delivery across all the CSS practice lines. As a former end-user and CIO, McKenzie epitomizes the delivery manager: rock-steady leadership skills, unshakable integrity and a quiet confidence that has helped many a project team through daunting challenges to achieve implementation success. Early in his career, McKenzie acquired extensive hands-on knowledge in the use of Product Configurator tools. Today, he is recognized authority on the deployment of Oracle Enterprise applications for manufacturing and distribution environments. He is PMP-certified and has extensive experience in Discrete, Process and Engineer to Order manufacturing environments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lander College.
Jim Miller | Vice President
JD Edwards Upgrade Practice
Jim Miller brings decades of experience to the helm of CSS' JDE Upgrade Task Force. With more clients than ever before moving to 9.0 and beyond, Miller's deep knowledge of upgrade planning and execution for World and EnterpriseOne is a central component of CSS' business. His experience with phased and Big Bang approaches makes Miller well-qualified to help clients sort out the best approach for their unique needs. Miller is adept at creating upgrade business justifications and risk management strategies. With dozens of JDE upgrades under his belt, Miller helps clients identify bottlenecks and acceleration opportunities to fast-track their projects. Jim Miller is one of CSS' senior consulting engagement executives and is a frequent speaker at Oracle OpenWorld, COLLABORATE, Quest regional conferences/user groups and other forums. Jim is an alumnus of the United States Naval Academy.
Pete Ballou | Vice President Marketing
Ballou has served as Vice President of Marketing and as a Regional Territory Manger for CSS since 2002. He holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in English from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining CSS, he held project management roles for National Data Corporation and Browning-Ferris Industries. He spent 4 years in the environmental engineering field supporting Federal Sector and Commercial clients and was a sales manager for Blackbaud. Ballou manages creation of all CSS collateral and is responsible for CSS’ marketing and channel management activities.
Greg Roush | Vice President
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Practice
With proven global implementation credentials and decades of experience in Oracle ERP solutions, Greg Roush is CSS' senior executive in charge of E-Business Suite upgrades and implementations. As practice lead, his background spans a wide variety of EBS "sweet spot" verticals: Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Food & Beverage and Manufacturing. Prior to joining CSS, Roush ran multinational implementation projects that carried him from the board rooms of Corporate America to the bustling development centers of Chennai and Bangalore. Roush has mastered all facets of services delivery in the ERP and Business Intelligence domains. He has powerful communication skills and can transition fluidly from IT to Line of Business at every level of the organization. Roush graduated from The University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance.
Matt Taylor | Vice President
Engineering & Construction
Matthew has been managing, implementing and developing with Oracle Applications for over 17 years. He has experience with multiple top ten ENR Heavy Highway, Specialty Contractors and General Contractors. As a CSS Vice President, Matthew is responsible for managing the industry practice and delivering projects as they relate to the construction industry and adherence to software best practices. In addition, he has conducted a number of large scale project strategy and planning projects for our construction clients spanning multi-company, multi-phase rollouts across the United States and Canada. He has been a part of more than twenty full implementation life cycles with Oracle Applications from both the functional and technical sides.
Kenny Ecton | Vice President
Kenny Ecton is a veteran of dozens of Oracle Manufacturing & Distribution projects—and a global thought leader for Oracle Value Chain Planning (VCP). Kenny heads up delivery activities in the company’s Central Region. Ecton was highly sought-after in the industry and chose to join CSS because of the company’s culture, delivery methodology and reputation within the Oracle partner and customer communities. A former partner and VCP Practice Leader at IBM Global Business Services, Ecton has helped some of America’s top brands gain bottom-line value through improved supply chain performance, including Logitech, Navistar, Sara Lee, J&J, Merck, Chiquita Brands International, Gildan Activewear, and Hill-Rom. His extensive Manufacturing & Distribution background coupled with his VCP and Edge expertise makes him a natural fit for CSS. Ecton’s background adds significant muscle to an already strong delivery team. Kenny has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Louisville.
Todd Griffith | Vice President
With 12 years experience as a consulting engineer and 13 years founding and directing a JD Edwards consulting practice focused on the engineering & construction (E&C) space, Todd is a recognized leader in the JD Edwards community for the E&C industry. With extensive knowledge gained from both the client side and consulting side of over 20 implementations and upgrades, Todd’s experience with business process improvement and ERP system design is unparalleled. As CSS’ senior executive in charge of managed services, Todd leverages the experience gained from his prior company, GRT Business Solutions, to lead a practice of highly skilled professionals providing contract functional help desk, development and technical support to JD Edwards and E-Business Suite customers. Todd is a registered Professional Engineer in TX and has both bachelors and masters degrees in chemical engineering and a bachelors degree in biochemistry, all from Rice University in Houston, TX.
James Landry | Senior Vice President Business Development
James Landry is a Senior Vice President of CSS' Business Development in North America with over 20 years of experience in the Oracle community. In this role, he supports a team of regional managers and customers across all industries in the mid- and up-commercial market places. Mr. Landry fosters a culture of absolute customer focus and success.
Mr. Landry is a graduate of University of North Florida with a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
Tom Colbert | Director
