Professional Experience
With 26 years of systems experience, and 18 years of manufacturing experience ranging from medium-sized manufacturers to large multi-national Fortune 500 corporations, Jim commands a great deal of practical knowledge in most business applications and industry best practices. In his tenure at CSS, Jim has run dozens of client implementations, upgrades, assessment, and enhancement engagements in the areas of ERP, CRM, SRM, and DFT. Currently, Jim serves as of one of our senior consulting practice managers and leads all quality initiatives involving the areas of sales, operations, and consulting delivery. Jim is a frequent speaker at Quest Conferences, Forums, and User Groups.
